About the project

The project is a multistory building, consisting of nine floors and three underground floors.

Two of the underground floors are for parking and one for storage areas, while the first two floors are commercial areas and floors three to nine are designed for residential apartments.

Each floor by default consists of five apartments.

The building is equipped with two elevators.

Room separation as well as merging of two or more apartments is possible upon customer's request.
