About the project

The project is a multistory building, consisting of eight floors and three underground floors.

The underground floors are for parking area, while the first two floors are commercial areas and floors three to eight are designed for residential apartments.

The building is equipped with two elevators.

Each floor by default consists of six apartments.

Room separation as well as merging of two or more apartments is possible upon customer's request.
