About the Project

The project is a multistory building, consisting of eleven floors and three underground floors.

Two of the underground floors are for parking and one is for storage areas, while the first two floors are commercial areas and floors three to eleven are designed for residential apartments.

The building is equipped with four elevators.

Each floor by default consists of nine apartments.

Room separation as well as merging of two or more apartments is possible upon customer's request.
